x<\/sub>Cu<sub>x<\/sub> ) O<sub>6<\/sub>\u9ad4\u7cfb\u4e2d\u6709\u8d85\u5c0e\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u5176 T<sub>C<\/sub> \u6700\u9ad8\u70ba 50 K \uff0c\u9019\u662f\u975e\u9285\u6c27\u5c64\u8d85\u5c0e\u9ad4\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u8d85\u5c0e\u8f49\u63db\u6eab\u5ea6\u3002\u800c\u4e14\u5728\u4f4e\u65bc T<sub>C<\/sub> \u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff0c\u9084\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u5947\u7570\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u5373\u53cd\u9435\u78c1\u8207\u9435\u78c1\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u540c\u6642\u5728 1450 \u00b0 C \u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e4b\u9ad8\u6eab\u8655\u7406\u5f8c\u4e4b Ba<sub>2<\/sub>Y ( Ru<sub>1 &#8211; x<\/sub>Cu<sub>x<\/sub>) O<sub>6<\/sub>\u9ad4\u7cfb\u4e2d\u4e5f\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u8d85\u5c0e\u73fe\u8c61\u8207\u4e00\u4e9b\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u78c1\u6027\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u4e14\u5176\u8a31\u591a\u7269\u7406\u6027\u8cea\u4ea6\u8fe5\u7570\u65bc\u73fe\u4eca\u7684\u9ad8\u6eab\u8d85\u5c0e\u9ad4\u6240\u5448\u73fe\u7684\u9762\u8c8c\u3002\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e5f\u78ba\u7acb\u4e86Sr<sub>2<\/sub>Y ( Ru<sub>1 &#8211; x<\/sub>Cu<sub>x<\/sub> ) O<sub>6<\/sub>\u9ad4\u7cfb\u4e2d\u8d85\u5c0e\u3001\u53cd\u9435\u78c1\u8207\u9435\u78c1\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u91d0\u6e05\u4e86\u6975\u70ba\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u78c1\u5316\u6eab\u5ea6\u66f2\u7dda\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u5176\u8d85\u5c0e\u73fe\u8c61\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\u4ecd\u7136\u4e0d\u660e\u78ba\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u70ba p \u6ce2\u81ea\u65cb\u914d\u5c0d\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u7531\u5c64\u72c0\u96fb\u8377\u5132\u5b58\u69fd SrO \u6240\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u5c0d\u5176\u8d85\u5c0e\u9ad4\u6a5f\u5236\u505a\u6df1\u5165\u800c\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u77ad\u89e3\u3002\u6211\u5011\u63a2\u7a76\u8d85\u5c0e\u91d5\u7cfb\u6c27\u5316\u7269Sr<sub>2<\/sub>Y ( Ru<sub>1 &#8211; x<\/sub>Cu<sub>x<\/sub> ) O<sub>6<\/sub>\u53ca (Ru<sub>1-x<\/sub>Al<sub>x<\/sub> Sr<sub>2<\/sub>GdCu<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>8<\/sub>\u96a8\u8457\u983b\u7387\u53ca\u6eab\u5ea6\u8b8a\u5316\u7684\u5149\u8b5c\u7279\u6027\u3002\u6211\u5011\u9078\u64c7Sr<sub>2<\/sub>Y ( Ru<sub>1 &#8211;
