\u7b49\u4eba\uff0c\u5728LaAlO<sub>3<\/sub>\u55ae\u6676\u57fa\u677f\u4e0a\u6210\u9577\u539a\u5ea6\u5927\u7d04\u70ba 1000 A \u7684La<sub>0.67<\/sub>Ca<sub>0.33<\/sub>MnO<sub>x<\/sub> \u8584\u819c\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u7576\u6a23\u54c1\u6eab\u5ea6\u964d\u81f3 77 K\uff0c\u4e14\u5916\u52a0\u78c1\u5834\u63a5\u8fd1 6 Tesla \u6642\uff0c\u5176\u78c1\u963b\u8b8a\u5316\u7387 (-[\u03c1( H )- \u03c1( 0 )]\/\u03c1( H )) \u53ef\u4ee5\u9054\u5230 127000 % \u3002\u7531\u65bc\u9019\u4e9b\u6750\u6599\u53d7\u5230\u78c1\u5834\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u96fb\u963b\u503c\u5de8\u5927\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5c07\u4e4b\u7a31\u70ba\u9f90\u78c1\u963b ( Colossal magnetoresistance \uff0c\u7c21\u7a31 CMR) \u6548\u61c9\u3002\u81ea\u5f9e\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u6b64\u985e\u9333\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u5177\u6709\u9f90\u78c1\u963b\u6548\u61c9\u5f8c\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u5b78\u8005\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u7a81\u7834\u9f90\u78c1\u963b\u6548\u61c9\u53ea\u80fd\u5728\u4f4e\u6eab\u53ca\u9ad8\u78c1\u5834\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\u624d\u6703\u767c\u751f\u7684\u74f6\u9838\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u5176\u61c9\u7528\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6240\u77e5\uff0c\u5982La<sub>0.7<\/sub>Sr<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub>\u7684\u591a\u6676\u584a\u6750\u3001\u8584\u819c\u7b49\u7684\u754c\u9762\u548c\u6676\u754c\u8655\uff0c\u5728\u4f4e\u78c1\u5834\u4e0b ( \uff1c 1 Tesla) \u5c31\u6703\u6709\u9f90\u78c1\u963b\u73fe\u8c61\u7522\u751f\u3002<\/p><p align=\"justify\">\u3000\u3000\u6211\u5011\u4f7f\u7528\u5149\u8b5c\u5be6\u9a57\u6280\u8853 ( \u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u9060\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u3001\u4e2d\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u3001\u8fd1\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u3001\u53ef\u898b\u5149\u3001\u7d2b\u5916\u5149\u5340\u983b\u7387\u7684\u53cd\u5c04\u7387\u53ca\u900f\u5c04\u7387 ) \uff0c\u4f86\u63a2\u7a76\u946d\u9376\u9333\u6c27\u5316\u7269(La<sub>0.7<\/sub>Sr<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub>)\u55ae\u6676\u8584\u819c\u53d7\u5230\u8207\u57fa\u677f\u9593\u6676\u683c\u4e0d\u5339\u914d\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5176\u7d50\u69cb\u3001\u78c1\u6027\u53ca\u5149\u8b5c\u97ff\u61c9\u5448\u73fe\u8207\u584a\u6750\u5927\u76f8\u9015\u5ead\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u767c\u73fe\u8584\u819c\u539a\u5ea6\u6108\u8584\uff0c\u5176 <em>c <\/em>\u8ef8\u6676\u683c\u5e38\u6578\u6108\u9577\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u6b78\u56e0\u65bc\u8584\u819c\u7684 <em>ab <\/em>\u5e73\u9762\u53d7\u5230\u57fa\u677f\u58d3\u7e2e\u61c9\u8b8a\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u8584\u819c\u7684\u5c45\u79ae\u6eab\u5ea6\u96a8\u8457\u539a\u5ea6\u6e1b\u5c0f\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u5f9e\u5149\u8b5c\u5be6\u9a57\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u767c\u73feLa<sub>0.7<\/sub>Sr<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub>\u8584\u819c\u4e4b Mn-O-Mn \u9375\u89d2\u5f4e\u66f2\u632f\u52d5\u983b\u7387\u70ba\u4e00\u5b9a\u503c\uff0c\u4f46\u662f Mn-O \u9375\u9577\u4f38\u7e2e\u632f\u52d5\u983b\u7387\u5728\u539a\u5ea6\u6108\u8584\u7684\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u6703\u6709\u7d05\u4f4d\u79fb\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u6b64\u7d50\u679c\u8207 X-ray \u7e5e\u5c04\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790 ( <em>c <\/em>\u8ef8\u6676\u683c\u5e38\u6578\u8b8a\u9577 ) \u76f8\u7b26\u3002\u6709\u8da3\u5730\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230La<sub>0.7<\/sub>Sr<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub>\u8584\u819c\u5728\u4e2d\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u5340\u7684\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u4e4b\u6a5f\u5236\u8207\u5c0f\u6975\u5316\u5b50\u7684\u5149\u8b5c\u97ff\u61c9\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u8584\u819c\u539a\u5ea6\u7684\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u5c0f\u6975\u5316\u5b50\u7684\u675f\u7e1b\u80fd\u91cf\u6709\u589e\u5f37\u7684\u8da8\u52e2\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u5728\u7d2b\u5916\u5149\u5340\u7684 Mn 3 <em>d <\/em>\u53ca O 2 <em>p <\/em>\u8ecc\u57df\u4e0a\u96fb\u8377\u8e8d\u9077\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u503c\u4e5f\u96a8\u8457\u8584\u819c\u539a\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0\u800c\u6709\u7d05\u4f4d\u79fb\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u6b64\u90e8\u4efd\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u65bc 2005 \u5e74\u767c\u8868\u520a\u8f09\u65bc Journal of Applied Physics \u671f\u520a\u3002<\/p><p align=\"justify\">\u3000\u3000\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u63a2\u7a76\u6210\u9577\u65bc\u76f8\u540c\u57fa\u677f\u4e0a(SrTiO<sub>3<\/sub>)\u4e14\u76f8\u540c\u539a\u5ea6\u7684\u946d\u7cfb\u9333\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u55ae\u6676\u8584\u819c\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u647b\u96dc (Sr \u3001 Ca \u3001 Ce) \uff0c\u5176\u96fb\u5b50\u7d50\u69cb\u53ca\u78c1\u5149\u5149\u8b5c\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u767c\u73fe 300 nm \u539a\u4e4b\u946d\u9376\u9333\u6c27\u5316\u7269(La<sub>0.7<\/sub>Sr<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub>)\u55ae\u6676\u8584\u819c\u7684\u5c45\u91cc\u6eab\u5ea6\u7d04\u70ba 350 K \uff0c\u946d\u9223\u9333\u6c27\u5316\u7269(La<sub>0.7<\/sub>Ca<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub>)\u53ca\u946d\u9230\u9333\u6c27\u5316\u7269(La<sub>0.7<\/sub>Ce<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub>) \u7684\u5c45\u91cc\u6eab\u5ea6\u7d04\u70ba 275 K \u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u4f4e\u6eab\u5149\u8b5c (20 K) \u986f\u793a\u5c45\u5fb7\u96fb\u6f3f\u983b\u7387 ( Drude plasma frequency <em>\u03c9<sub>pD<\/sub><\/em>) \uff1aLa<sub>0.7<\/sub>Sr<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub> (~ 5600 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>) &gt; La<sub>0.7<\/sub>Ca<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub> (~ 4800 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>) &gt; La<sub>0.7<\/sub>Ce<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub> (~ 2500 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>)\uff0c \u53ca\u5c45\u5fb7\u6563\u5c04\u7387 ( Drude scattering rate 1\/ <em>t <sub>D<\/sub> <\/em>) \ufe30 La<sub> 0.7 <\/sub>Sr<sub> 0.3<\/sub> MnO<sub> 3<\/sub> (~ 120 cm<sup> -1<\/sup> ) &lt; La<sub> 0.7 <\/sub>Ca<sub> 0.3 <\/sub>MnO<sub> 3<\/sub> (~ 270 cm<sup> -1<\/sup> ) &lt; La<sub>0.7<\/sub>Ce<sub>0.3<\/sub>MnO<sub>3<\/sub> (~ 870 cm<sup> -1<\/sup> ) \u3002 \u9019\u4e9b\u7d50\u679c\u6697\u793a\u4ee5\u96e2\u5b50\u534a\u5f91\u8f03\u5c0f\u7684\u9223\u91d1\u5c6c\u53ca\u56db\u50f9\u7684\u9230\u91d1\u5c6c\u4f86\u53d6\u4ee3 \u9376\u91d1\u5c6c\uff0c\u6703\u9020\u6210\u946d\u7cfb\u9333\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u5728\u8cbb\u7c73\u80fd\u968e\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u96fb\u5b50\u7d50\u69cb\u7522\u751f\u5de8\u5927\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u6709\u8da3\u5730\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230 La<sub> 0.7 <\/sub>Sr<sub> 0.3<\/sub> MnO<sub> 3<\/sub> \u8584\u819c\u5728 3.4 eV \u7684\u80fd\u8b5c\u5177\u6709 0.32 \u5ea6\u7684\u67ef\u723e\u65cb\u8f49\u89d2\u3001 0.24 \u5ea6\u7684\u67ef\u723e\u6a62\u5713\u7387\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u5176 \u5728\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u78c1\u5149\u8a18\u9304\u786c\u789f\u548c\u5149\u789f\u5132\u5b58\u5177\u61c9\u7528\u6f5b\u529b\u3002 \u6b64\u90e8\u4efd\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u65bc 2005 \u5e74\u767c\u8868\u520a\u8f09\u65bc Physical Review B \u671f\u520a\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u90e8\u4efd\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u65bc 2006 \u5e74\u767c\u8868\u520a\u8f09\u65bc Journal of Applied Physics \u671f\u520a\u3002<\/p><p align=\"justify\">\u3000\u3000\u6211\u5011 \u7814\u7a76\u4e0d\u540c\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u9223\u647b\u96dc\u4e4b\u946d\u9376\u9333\u6c27\u5316\u7269(La<sub>1.2<\/sub>(Sr<sub>1.8-x<\/sub>Ca<sub>x<\/sub>)Mn<sub>2<\/sub>O)\u591a\u6676\u584a\u6750\u7684\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u8207\u96f7\u5c04\u62c9\u66fc\u6563\u5c04\u5149\u8b5c\u3002La<sub>1.2<\/sub>(Sr<sub>1.8-x<\/sub>Ca<sub>x<\/sub>)Mn<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>7<\/sub> \u5728\u647b\u96dc\u9223\u91d1\u5c6c (0 &lt; x &lt; 0.6) \u6642\uff0c\u5176\u7269\u6027\u5f9e\u9ad8\u6eab ( &gt; 300 K ) \u7684\u9806\u78c1\u7d55\u7de3\u76f8\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u4f4e\u6eab\u7684\u9435\u78c1\u91d1\u5c6c\u76f8\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u5728\u63a5\u8fd1\u76f8\u8b8a\u6eab\u5ea6 ( T<sub> C<\/sub> ) \u6642\uff0c\u5916\u52a0\u78c1\u5834\u6703\u9020\u6210\u6750\u6599\u7684\u96fb\u963b\u986f\u8457\u5730\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u6709\u6240\u8b02\u9f90\u78c1\u963b\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u800c\u7576\u647b\u96dc\u9223\u91d1\u5c6c\u8d85\u904e ( x &gt; 0.6 ) \u6642\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u78c1\u6027\u9333\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u7684\u57fa\u614b\u53c8\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u53cd\u9435\u78c1\u7d55\u7de3\u76f8\u3002\u6700\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u662f\u5728La<sub>1.2<\/sub>(Sr<sub>1.2<\/sub>Ca<sub>0.6<\/sub>)Mn<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>7<\/sub>\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u986f\u73fe\u9435\u78c1\u91d1\u5c6c\u76f8\u8207\u53cd\u9435\u78c1\u7d55\u7de3\u76f8\u5171\u5b58\u3002 \u6211\u5011\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230La<sub>1.2<\/sub>(Sr<sub>1.8-x<\/sub>Ca<sub>x<\/sub>)Mn<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>7<\/sub>\u9060\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u5340\u8072\u5b50\u5438\u6536\u5149\u8b5c\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u647b\u96dc\u9223\u91d1\u5c6c\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5176\u7d50\u69cb\u4e2d\u9333\u6c27\u516b\u9762\u9ad4\u7684\u6c27\u539f\u5b50\u632f\u52d5\u4ea6\u6709\u660e\u986f\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\uff1a\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u6ce2\u6578 340, 500, 593 cm<sup>-1<\/sup> \u4e4b Mn-O \u5f4e\u66f2\u8207\u4f38\u5c55\u632f\u52d5\u6a21\u6709 \u85cd \u4f4d\u79fb\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u610f\u5473\u8457\u647b\u96dc\u9223\u91d1\u5c6c\u5c0e\u81f4\u9333\u6c27\u516b\u9762\u9ad4\u7d50\u69cb\u7684\u5c40\u90e8\u626d\u66f2\u8b8a\u5f62\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u647b\u96dc\u9223\u91d1\u5c6c\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u7d05\u5916\u5149\u5340\u7684\u96fb\u50b3\u5c0e\u4fc2\u6578\u660e\u986f\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c0d 6400 cm<sup>-1<\/sup> \u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u96fb\u50b3\u5c0e\u4fc2\u6578\u4f5c\u7e3d\u548c\u5b9a\u7406 (sum rules) \u7a4d\u5206\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u53c3\u8207\u5149\u8b5c\u97ff\u61c9\u7684\u6709\u6548\u96fb\u8377\u8f09\u5b50\u5bc6\u5ea6 (effective carrier number) \uff0c \u8207\u6a23\u54c1\u4e4b\u5c45\u79ae\u6eab\u5ea6\u6709\u7dca\u5bc6\u7684\u95dc\u9023\u6027\u3002\u6709\u8da3\u5730\u662f\uff0c\u62c9\u66fc\u6563\u5c04\u5149\u8b5c \u986f\u793a\u4e86\u4f4d\u65bc 564 cm<sup>-1<\/sup> \u7684\u62c9\u66fc\u6d3b\u6027 Mn-O \u4f38\u5c55\u632f\u52d5\u6a21\u5728\u78c1\u6027\u76f8\u8b8a\u6eab\u5ea6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6709\u8072\u5b50\u786c\u5316\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u9019\u500b\u6c27\u539f\u5b50\u632f\u52d5\u7684\u5149\u8b5c\u7279\u6027\u548c\u6676\u683c\u5e38\u6578\u96a8\u8457\u6eab\u5ea6\u8b8a\u5316\u7684\u8da8\u52e2\u4e26\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\uff0c\u537b\u8207\u78c1\u5316\u7387\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u6548\u61c9\u76f8\u8fd1\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9019\u88e1\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\u6697\u793a\u8457La<sub>1.2<\/sub>(Sr<sub>1.8-x<\/sub>Ca<sub>x<\/sub>)Mn<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>7
